Recertifications performed by telemedicine is allowed during the State of Florida’s Emergency Orders due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Recertifications performed by telemedicine is allowed until May 31st.
New patients must be seen in-office (telemedicine is NOT allowed for new patients), and we protect our patients and staff by scheduling these appointments with COVID precautions.
What is Telemedicine? It’s a “visit” from the comfort of your home by using your smart PHONE or COMPUTER through a website link we provide to you upon being scheduled. You will get the same great care and meet with our staff as if you were actually in our office.
Here is what you need to do:
- Call or email our office to set up an appointment. For existing patients, the appointment can be done while you’re still in your PJs! For new patients, we’ll schedule your appointment in our clinic; you can click the Pre-Qualify button below to learn more. (772) 218-7262, email@example.com
- Dispensaries nationwide are deemed as “Medically Necessary” and staying open to meet patients’ needs. They have enhanced their delivery services (some cut fees), pre-order & pickup, and may have select hours for in-store shopping for seniors.
Interested to learn more? Click the button below to complete the quick Pre-Qualify survey to get more information!
Please share this with anyone you know who has used our services to get their virtual Telemedicine appointment now while it’s legal; we will not cut short any current standing orders. Don’t forget to renew your ID Card with the State Department of Health separately!
