Transferring from one MMJ doctor to another is a simple process
1. Contact us to set up an appointment and let us know you are transferring.
2. Deactivate from your current physician with the Office of Medical Marijuana Use.
Here’s how to deactivate from your current physician:
- Log into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry
- Select “Manage Profile Details”
- Select “Leave your current physician”
- Select “Confirm”
