Per an update to Florida Law, we are allowed to conduct re-certification exams by telehealth. Any patient that desires to renew their MMJ certification via telehealth only needs to contact our office to schedule. IMPORTANT: this DOES NOT APPLY to new certications.
As always, in-office appointments are available for those that prefer.
Read the Florida law here, which is effective July 1, 2023 and states that we are authorized to “perform patient examinations and evaluations through telehealth for renewals of physician certifications for the medical use of marijuana.”
